The BK5030 CNC slotting machine has the function of slotting flat surfaces, forming surfaces, and keyways. It is a cutting machine tool that achieves slotting through the control of a CNC system.
The machine tool adopts domestic and foreign brand CNC systems to achieve full screen editing of Chinese character prompts. The main drive adopts a crank crank mechanism, and the servo motor realizes large torque transmission through deceleration. The X and Y direction feed are servo control to realize stepless speed regulation. The X direction ball screw is directly connected with the motor, and the Y direction ball screw is transmitted with the motor through Timing belt.
CNC indexing heads or CNC rotary tables can be configured according to user needs. The machine tool has powerful functions and can process keyways from different angles and directions.
